Beijing, China - On March 27-29, 2019, Shiji Retail co-organized the “17th China Department Store Retail Industry Annual Conference and Business Innovation Summit” with the China Department Store Business Association in Beijing, China.

As China's leading retail integrated solution service provider, Shiji Retail was selected to co-organize this year’s event with the theme of “the future is now.” Industry experts and representatives were in attendance and conducted an in-depth discussion around the conference’s theme. Key findings from the conference included the need to analyze and interpret bottlenecks encountered in the department store industry today, prioritizing innovation in department store transformations, and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and increase customer loyalty.

During the morning forum on March 29th, Qiu Ke, Deputy General Manager of Shiji Retail’s R&D Center, gave a keynote speech on the marketing strategy of multi-industry integration and the integration of smart marketing. Qiu highlighted the need for online and offline customer integration in smart marketing, finding common grounds through customer analysis, designing image types and updating image tags in the marketing process.

His keynote speech determined that the ultimate goal of marketing strategy being information access, which requires the support of intelligent computing. He mentioned that in recent years, retail innovation has entered a new era and Shiji Retail is continuing to make progress and increase innovation to lead and serve more Chinese retail enterprises across the country.

In the "2018 Retail Industry Selection Campaign,” Shiji Retail received the Golden Lan Award for the best software service provider of the year.
